Senior Fertility Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Fertility Nurse to join our nursing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and a comprehensive understanding of anatomy. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing care, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the well-being of patients within our facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care, assessing and monitoring patients' conditions and needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised care plans.
• Mentor and support junior nursing staff, fostering their professional development.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Conduct regular health assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety within the clinical environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a fertility clinic is essential
• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current licensure.
• Proven experience in a nursing role, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong knowledge of patient care practices and anatomy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing quality care to patients.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the healthcare facility.
