Full-time – Permanent Role

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) + up to £4,000 bonus scheme

I’m working with a well-established, family-run care provider who are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead one of their care homes. The company has been providing exceptional residential and nursing care for the elderly for over 30 years and has built a reputation for creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents.

The care home is a 50-bed facility specializing in dementia care, set in beautiful grounds with secure and accessible garden spaces for residents. It holds a ‘Good’ rating in all areas from the CQC and has received multiple accolades at local care awards for excellence in care.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced manager to join a supportive and forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality services for all residents

  • Lead, support, and develop the care team to maintain and improve service standards

  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement across the service

  • Work closely with staff, residents, and their families to ensure person-centred care

  • Ensure compliance with CQC and NMC guidelines, ensuring the home runs smoothly and efficiently

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and well-organized

  • Honest, dependable, and able to work under pressure

  • Proven track record in managing and developing staff in a care environment

  • Strong leadership skills with a clear understanding of the responsibilities within social care

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • Proven management experience within the care sector

  • RGN/RMN qualified with an active NMC Pin

  • Experience leading and mentoring staff

  • Enhanced DBS certificate is required
