Job Title: Interim Home Manager
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
The service is a newly established, specialist community-based service providing nursing care for adults with learning disabilities and autism. The facility features six bespoke single-person apartments, each equipped with a lounge/diner, bedroom, and ensuite wet room. Communal spaces include lounges, a dining room, laundry facilities, and an enclosed shared garden.
Situated in the heart of the local community it is within walking distance of various amenities such as shops, leisure facilities, and primary care services.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Home Manager to lead and manage all nursing and therapy services. This pivotal role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centred practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and operational management for nursing and therapy services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellence in care.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote integrated care pathways.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) qualification is preferred; however, Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) with substantial experience in learning disabilities and autism will be considered.
- Proven experience in a senior clinical leadership role within a similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and quality standards in healthcare.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
